Parent/Teen Relationships

We will have a special guest speaker this Wednesday night.  Bro. Brian Prochaska will be sharing Part 1 of a 2 part message on “Parent/Teen Relationships”.   It is difficult enough to raise a teenager in the society we live in, but when the relationship between the parents and teen is bad…….it gets very difficult.  
 
Video Scavenger Hunt
This week we are having our video scavenger hunt in Mantachie.  If you have not signed up for a time slot, please do so this Wednesday night or call me.  The deadline for having them completed is Saturday.  Remember, the more members you have present, the more points you can earn for your team.

Spring Retreat
This past Saturday we had our first retreat with the teenagers and although the weather didn’t quiet cooperate, we still had a blast.
We spent the day at The Jamie Whitten center in Fulton where we were able to “Saturate” ourselves in God’s word with the book called Saturate, dealing with evangelism.  There were 18 who participated in the retreat and we are planning on scheduling a 2nd one in the next month or so.  Thanks for all who attended.
