This Wednesday night is our “Welcome Back” night in Main Event. I can’t begin to tell everyone how excited I am to start back with regular services. Please be in prayer for this special night. Our message is entitled “We are the Main Event”. I have done this message before but I have changed things up a little bit. I felt the God tugging at my heart to share some others thoughts. Let’s make this a great year in Main Event. I will see everyone Wednesday at 6:45.
College leaders please wear your “Door Holder” t-shirts and Adults please wear your Main Event t-shirts. ---------------------------------------------- Praise Team Practice Wednesday at 5:45PM ---------------------------------------------- This past Wednesday we had our “Back to School Bash”. We had a great turnout of students. Thanks again for all the help in preparing for this fun night. I know we had over 60 people in attendance. Thank you Lord!! Going to school isn’t always fun. In fact, it can feel at times like you’re getting teeth pulled. However, putting into action these suggestions will help you make this school year more fun.
I hope all of you have a great first week back at school. I’m praying for y’all. See you Wednesday. Don’t forget… Back to School BASH This Wednesday August 8th will be our “Back to School Bash”. I have rented a HUGE inflatable water slide that will be set up in the lower parking lot. We will have hot dogs and ice cream. Be sure to invite a friend, especially a friend that isn’t a part of a youth ministry. We will at 6:00PM and go till 8:00PM. |
