Too often we are guided by what we feel and what we see. We look at how much money we have, how we feel when we wake up, or what we see going on around us. We allow these things to determine how we live our life, our decisions and our happiness.
However, this verse challenges us to live differently. It challenges us to not live our lives based only on what we see going on around us, but rather to let our lives be guided by our faith in Jesus. When we let what Jesus says in the Bible guide our life we can experience true peace because our lives are guided by something that is stable and unchanging.

SOAR
SOAR is officially over this year. We had a great time in Dallas this year. I want to say thank you again to our church, students and the adult chaperones for working so hard to raise the funds for this year’s trip. I’m ready to do it again for 2018!
VBS - EVEREST
This Wednesday night we will be helping decorate for VBS. Our VBS will be held this Saturday July 15th from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. It’s a one day VBS. Let’s make this a fun time for our younger kids. We will start at 6:45PM Wednesday night.
