Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
“Lord, I pray that our students will experience the peace of God this year that exceeds all understanding. I pray they will not worry about things they cannot control, but that You will guard their hearts and minds and keep them trusting in You. I pray they will not only enjoy the peace of God, but peace with God. I pray they will develop a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving as they look to You daily for their needs. I pray that You will give them the capacity for joy that bubbles up from Your peace.” Amen.
It’s hard to believe that school is starting back. It seems this summer has flown by way to fast. With each new school year comes new challenges. I want to encourage each of you to pray daily for your school, your teachers and most of all your fellow classmates. Isaiah 26:3 challenges us to be steadfast with God, to keep our hearts and minds on Him! Let’s do that this year! Trust God, and see what blessings He has in store for us!

This Wednesday night the Main Event will be going to Ozark Baptist church to hear the testimony of Bailey Scott. Bailey is a swimmer for the University of Alabama and an alternate for the Olympic swim team. You won’t want to miss this. The church bus will leave at 6:00PM. All are invited to attend, adults too!!
