is VERILY upon us. We anticipate a new day, a new year, and a clean slate to start January 2008 with.
You are so familiar with our church’s strategies and desires. Other members before us have provided a good foundation through Jesus the Rock. With the support of our present members we are in a position to effectively implement the continued vision of a Bible believing, soul conscious, and praying congregation of Christians.
First, we fully expect God to continue to bless us as we walk in His Word and follow His laws. First Baptist Church of Mantachie is certainly more about the future than the past and we are proud to be a part of it.
Second, we continue to fulfill the Long Range Planning Committee’s dream from the year 2000, to build, continually improve, and to remain a strong New Testament church both in the physical buildings and especially in the spiritual body of His Church. I encourage every member to join in on the continued work for Christ and for Christ alone.
Third, you can expect to see strong church pastors, a dedicated church staff, Godly deacons, and studied teachers to ensure that our children and teens are taught properly, and to make every effort for this New Testament church to be strong until the day God’s Son comes again.
I have every reason to believe that our workers, volunteers, and prayer warriors, both young and old, will make this Godly vision for the future a reality. We are proud to be a part of this church and His Kingdom.
